We work with 6 to 8 different grit sizes for a gradual build-up of shine — from coarse (50) to ultra-fine (3000+).
Our Grinding Process in Detail
Coarse Grinding
The surface is worked with coarse diamond discs to remove irregularities, scratches and damage.
Fine Grinding
With progressively finer grits, the surface is smoothed and the colours and aggregate are revealed.
Polishing
The final steps involve polishing with ultra-fine pads, creating a natural deep shine without any coating.
Sealing
Finally, the floor is sealed to preserve the shine and protect the surface against stains.
